Meet Dr. Aashin Gokal

The Professional Side

Dr. Aashin Gokal was only 2 years old when he immigrated to the U.S. from South Africa where the majority of his family were born and raised. He was living life as a Florida kid in Orlando for 5 years until he moved to the Northeast to start a new journey. Later on he went on to study Biological Sciences with a concentration in Human Nutrition at Cornell University. After some soul searching and much volunteer work, Dr. Gokal found a renewed passion in dentistry and graduated Summa Cum Laude at Temple University’s Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, PA. He is proud to be the first dentist in his entire family. He then completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) Residency at the VA Western New York Healthcare System in Buffalo, NY where he proudly served the veteran population while training in advanced dental procedures. He remains diligent in his pursuit of higher education and continues to learn new techniques and technologies to improve patient care. He’s excited to share his love for treating patients from all walks of life with compassionate care. While away from the dental chair, Dr. Gokal enjoys exploring new cities, fitness, nutrition, tennis, comedy, binging shows, video games, and community service.
