  • How do I schedule my appointment?

  • Do you accept insurance?

    Yes, we work with a variety of insurance plans. We accept PPOs, but not pre-paid or DMOs.

  • What type of financial support or payment plans do you offer?

    Our team partners with Cherry, CareCredit®, Affirm, Klarna, and Afterpay, which offer financing to help you pay for your treatment in smaller amounts over time. In addition, you can join our Dental Wellness Plan—a simple, affordable membership that helps individuals, couples, and families receive important oral health care without the headaches of insurance.

  • What hours is your office open?

    Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (every other week).

  • How early should I get to my appointment?

    Please arrive at our office at least 10 or 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment starts.

  • How long does an appointment take?

    Appointment times can vary depending on what service, treatment, or consultation you receive.

  • What do I need for my first appointment?

    For your first appointment, please bring previous X-rays you’ve had taken (if applicable), a list of medications you’re currently taking, and your completed insurance forms (if applicable). All patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • How often do I need a dental checkup?

    We recommend a checkup or cleaning every six months. But if needed, we may suggest a more frequent checkup schedule.

  • Does your dental office treat children?

    Yes, we do offer pediatric dental services for children and teenagers.
